Serbia has a lower standard of living than Russia and yet we pay full price in Euros for games. I have to first put money on my bank account in Serbian Dinars then the bank exchanges it at their unrealistically high rates.

We aren't even part of the Eurozone, why do we have to get shafted this much? Why can't there be an option to pay in RSD?

The blunt answer is probably that you're not nowhere near a big enough market to justify the hassle of adding the currency, nor anywhere near "loud" enough in the business and political circles to force hands till they break and offer discounts. Applies to the large majority of countries in the world, which is why what pisses me off are still largely just the cases where some get worse than the standard deal.
Its just incredible how the excuse for giving former Soviet Union countries a discount is because 'they have a lower standard of living so we are making the games more affordable', yet people objectively worse off get the middle finger.

I can understand asking full price for a boxed copy you had to pay workers to box/make, but this is just a bloody series of numbers you have to type in so you can download a game off the internet. The video-game industry rides eastern Europeans for the high levels of piracy in our countries but what the hell do they expect? Wikipedia says my country has an average monthly wage of 400 euro's, but people over here are happy when they can even find 200-300e jobs. Do I really have to go into detail why 60 euro games don't sell well over here?

People want to buy games, Steam has grown massively over here over the last 2 years but you can't expect us to pay these prices and complain about piracy. It's just a code that unlocks access to something on the internet, you can't even resell it. Many many more of my friends would be buying games if the just weren't so damn expensive compared to how much money we can make in a month.

I'm thinking about getting engaged in a few months, say I finish collage in a year and find a normal paying job though I highly doubt it. Say after I pay my bills/rent I have 150 euro to last me a month, buy food/gas ect. How hard do you think my fiance is going to ride my ass when I spend 5 euro on an Indiana Jones adventure game from 1995? Compare it to how much flack someone making 3k euro is going to get from his wife for buying the same game.

I hear ya. The first problem there is that digital prices are still largely tied to physical ones, so the physical stores will stay in business. The second is that publishers (and a fair number of developers too, but publishers first) refuse to grasp the fact that a legal digital copy is neither costly for them nor necessary for the user, so it shouldn't follow the same rules as physical goods (which are the problem with your argument above, as many other things cost an outrageous amount compared to your earnings vs. that of wealthier people) and that the user decides to pay for it at all is already a form of recognition.
From MaGog's logs for 11 February:

As already reported by Wurzelkraft (the human MaGog):
* Regional price for Apotheon in RU: $4.99 instead of $14.99

HuMaGog? :)

Sorry to see this one on the list. Even moreso since it's at the front the alphabet, which means a whole lot of GOGmix resorting...
It is hard to tell these days, but it seems to me here in Germany that all six now available Warner Bros. Games are actually flat-priced?
Great news!

I'm really hoping this is the case!
I think they are flat priced as of now. :)
Was darn wary when I saw the front page announcement and then new posts in this thread, but there are times when it is used for good news as well.
Though it should be normal news, but...

Blah. Onto the list it goes. And to heck with the game, I'll get Prison Architect instead (if it ever gets out of alpha...).

EDIT: And seriously, $17.99 for that game? Ha ha - NO.

Any clue if République Remastered will be arriving regional priced? It looks like the kind of game that would.

So far it's not, costing $34.99 for the deluxe edition everywhere. But, unlike war, prices change.
