They have to give a refund to eu customer in 14 days without any reason stated from the side of the customer as long as the game has not been downloaded per eu law.

The game's price has been reduced from $20 to $15 everywhere, EXCEPT RU (former Soviet Union) and US (Rest of the World).
In RU, it remains $5.79. In US, it remains $19.99.

So another game has become flat priced, these are all good signs for the future. Thanks for the info as always mrkgnao your awesome work with MaGog really makes it convenient to find about all these changes quickly.
