mrkgnao: Don't have the ability to filter by "self-published" (will add it later this week).
Meanwhile, here are all the regionally-priced "indies":

However, note that indie is defined by GOG and there are some curious inconsistencies there (e.g. Blackguards is indie, its DLC is not), so here is the complementary list of regionally-priced "non-indies":
http://www.an-ovel.com/cgi-bin/magog.cgi?ver=360&scp=gdspur&dsp=ipgfsorlcmbah4&ord=&flt=prp~1~cii~0~&opt=&myf=WedDec31542032014_eBFzg6rjzyxQX
HypersomniacLive: Cheers for that, and for adding the "self-published" filter. So 65, which appears to be the exact same list as in the OP. Not surprisingly, one more confirmation that the only thing that the adoption of the regionally pricing model gave us is a whole lot of indie titles. Feels more and more that "flat prices on top of DRM-free is too much for big pubs/ new AAA games" is not really what keeps them from coming here.
I also want to point out, that if a AAA title accidentally will be released on GOG, there is no guarantee that it would be a good one (most of them are not). So much for being like a boutique.

Ahh and I was just gonna comment on the good news that the newest releases have no regional pricing.
So they're regional priced in GB but not in the rest of the EU ?
That's rather weird

The devs probably don't like Thommies? So they're regional priced in GB but not in the rest of the EU ?

Well, this system is offering possibilites for nationalistic discrimination (actually it is anyway) and racism so it can be expected to be used in this direction anytime.

Is Amnesia the Dark Descent and Penumbra regionally priced since they magically reappeared on gog today?

Grargar: Amnesia: The Dark Descent and The Penumbra Collection are back as regionally-priced games. Seems like regional pricing has officially spread to older games too.
I guess GOG decided on the "more games" versus "hardline on classics pricing" compromise. Given that GOG seems to be inexorably committed to regional pricing, I suppose it's the better course. At least folks can get those games here again, which is a good thing in general. Makes my gift keys of them less precious though. I snapped up most of the games that disappeared around that time for gifting.

Yeah at this point im expecting the catalog to slowly convert to regional pricing - not just cause of these games - it just seems to be what gog want's. Edit:
I give up - bring on the regional pricing and give us 1000 more games in next year :)

You know what's odd?
I bought both games a while ago when they were still flat priced... yet I feel uncomfortable to own games that are regionally priced now.

Any longtime user probably feels bad for owning regionally priced games - it was just what gog was selling to us for that long that we just took for granted.

At least regional priced in Russia, which of course means it's dirt cheap over there.

Looks like another of those "Russian discounted" titles, which have prices comparable to or equal to the US price everywhere but under the shadow of the Hammer & Sickle. At least regional priced in Russia, which of course means it's dirt cheap over there.
