This list is very weird. Quite a few of those games that are apparently banned in germany, for example Far Cry and Singularity, can be bought just fine on steam. Without cencorship as far as I am aware. And I am sure I could find plenty more games that are not banned on steam on this list, but I am too lazy to bother at the moment.

Maybe Steam secured the rights to the censored versions then?

The german Version of Far Cry is censored...and I guess you are not able to get the original Version of this game on Steam.

That's the different to GOG. Here you get all Versions at once.

Wrong. The Far Cry version on the german steam store in uncut. In fact it's only in englisch and not in german. You have to go retail to get the german, cut version of the game. I know that for a fact for Far Cry. For Singularity I haven't tried it myself, but the store page does suggest that. If a game is cut in germany then it has to be stated on the store page and that is not the case for Singularity.

According to the For Uncut! group, for Singularity the German language version on Steam is cut, all other language versions are uncut.

If it's just the language then the version sold in Germany is still officially uncut. Since it contains the german and other languages, you can just switch to englisch to get it uncut.
Or did I misunderstand what you meant?

No that's exactly it's handled. But i would consider it a hybrid version because it offers both the cut German version and the uncut EFIS version (the same way it's handled on GOG except for the region lock and also the same way Far Cry, Shadow Man and System Shock are handled here - with Far Cry being region locked).
Seems like the Army Men games are about to be un-locked in Brazil:

Great, thanks for the tip! MaGog still sees them as locked in Brazil, guess she'll catch up on her next update. :)
She probably noticed it shortly after my last post, but I haven't checked again until a couple of minutes ago, and it's official now:

---------------------------

>>> Army Men is no longer regionally locked in BR

---------------------------

>>> Army Men II is no longer regionally locked in BR

---------------------------

>>> Army Men: Toys In Space is no longer regionally locked in BR

Great. Don't have much time at the moment. I'll update the list later today.
Can somebody tell me, what regional locked games ate at sale at the moment? Please satisfy my curiosity.

MaGog. Learn to use it, learn to love it.

PS: I assumed you meant regionally locked in Germany. If you meant regionally locked anywhere, here you go:

So what's the trick to buy the regional locked games as a german, when not being in germany?
I'm currently in spain, and still cant access those titles. Loggin out, and logging in again doesnt work.
I thought the restriction was ip-based?
