SCPM: Edit: Appears to be most of the Ubisoft catalog?
avatar
PaterAlf: It's indeed most of the Ubisoft catalogue. The only ones still available in Germany are Myst IV: Revelation, Beyond Good and Evil, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, XIII and Heroes of Might and Magic.

My guess is that it's a bug. Can't think of any reason why Ubisoft wants to leave the German market.
According to the news, Ubisoft stopped sales in Belarus and Russia, so possibly while locking the games here someone at GOG got carried away and accidentally included Germany?

Looks like the matter is slowly being resolved. Yesterday, I could only see three Ubisoft-published games (HOMM1, BGE and PoP Sands of Time), today there are nine (Far Cry 1, HOMM 2 etc.).

Seems to be fixed for Germany, but now it appears half the Ubisoft library has been region locked for Australia, China, Japan, and potentially other countries. =\

Well, it's a work in progess, apparently.

Let's give them some time. >_>
Maybe it's a new kind of flash sale. ;)

Far Cry 1 was blocked for germans, because the international version is indexed.

Correct. But I could see it this morning. Not anymore, though, now that the entire Ubisoft catalogue is back, as far as I can make out.

Since March 3rd, region locked in Russia and Belarus:

*.*

(Not due to local regulations or censorship, but due to GOG's unfair discrimination)

Just posting this because I'm surprised that the situation wasn't mentioned in this thread before.
No intention to flood the forum over and over with the same topic or derail the discussion into politics, but now that I have the chance:

Fuck discrimination. Fuck xenophobia. Fuck GOG (among EGS, Microsoft and others...)
Region locking seems to be temporarily broken, every region should be able to see every title. For instance, I can see the Japanese-region only Mad Max and Horizon Zero Dawn games.
So, as of 10:30 UTC on June 14, 2022, there are no more region-locked games on GOG and this list is no longer needed. :D At least until this bug is fixed.
Note that you can only see the game page, you cannot purchase anything in your region that's been locked.

Is there any "easy" way to inform GOG that a game isn't on the list of blocked games for Germany?
I just tried to buy Rise of the Triad: Dark War, but have the same issue with the shopping cart. This game isn't on the so called "Index" anymore since May 2020.
"Automatic deletion from the list pursuant to §18 (7) JuschG"
Aside the Army Men and Hidden and Dangerous games, it appears that the X-Com series is now regionally-locked for South Africa, as well:
https://www.gog.com/forum/general/unable_to_add_xcom_ufo_defense_to_cart_for_purchase

Given that all those games are published by 2K, it's possible that more of their catalog is regionally-locked for South Africa and maybe for South Korea, as well.

SCPM: RimWorld is now region locked in Australia.
Never was in the first place. I can see the main page and also add it to my cart... which i cant do (even though i can see it) with Drakensang -- which has been region locked since release sadly....
Evenicle 2 is not available in Japan.

pkk234: Evenicle 2 is not available in Japan.
It's also not available in Germany.
And from comments that I've read - it's also not available in Australia.
GOG world:

Region locked (O)
Regional price (X)

Ya, great marketing strategy.
