I'm late but I've updated the GOGMix and the list. With Taiwan joining the list we're now at seven countries with with region locked games....

ElTerprise: So this thread is the continuation of the first Regional Locked Games on GOG-thread created by IAmSinistar.

In this thread (accompanied by a GOGmix) all games that are not available to everyone on GOG will be listed.

There are currently six countries affected by region locks on GOG:
- Australia

- South Africa
- South Korea
- Taiwan

Despite the list being way too large in the first place, let us hope it won't grow significantly in the future. The best would be that it wouldn't grow at all but i don't that would be realistic.

for sake of correctness: also blocked in Hongkong(HK) and Macao(MO)

and:
Double Kick Heroes is blocked in China

i'd speculate both are blocked for the same reason, namely that their (chinese?) co-publisher WhisperedGames seemingly hasn't signed up with GOG yet.

For now only Ash of Gods: Redemption is blocked.

There's also the Harran Military Rifle you can get for free from Gemly. You can choose a GOG or Steam key.

The thing with Gemly is, it doesn't sell the game to you, if your from the "wrong" country. ;)

I mean, probably you could circumvent the hindrance via use of a VPN, but I don't like jumping through hoops, just to get something, which I can get somewhere else without a hassle.
