ElTerprise: Judging by the THQNordic press release it took them some effort:
Numerous discussions, tact and some skillful powers of persuasion were required to achieve this result. “At THQ Nordic we were aware of the implications of this momentous decision, and needed to adopt a bold approach.” says Jans Binsmaier, Publishing Director at THQ Nordic.
ElTerprise: Obviously that's PR talk but I guess it was more difficult to get it off the index. Also I have no idea about how many people are involved in that process because after Red Faction was freed we had the removal of Shadow Warrior, Duke Nukem, Bulletstorm and Gears of War 1 and 2....
I don't know how the BPjM works, or how many people are involved, I just assume that when a publisher files for a batch of titles, they are all assigned to the same person/people, hence why I thought that it took a bit too long for
Red Faction II to get de-listed. Since it took quite some back and forth, my assumption may still be correct
Anyway, what matters is for pubs to put in the required effort, and titles to come off the index.
