It has now been 3 full weeks, and still no refund.
I did some searching on GoG refund times and found quite a few people complaining that it has been "weeks" and still no refund.
The main theme is a message from GoG saying things will take a while due to heave support requests, and this seems common all the way back to at least 2020.
This begs the question, what is happening at GoG to cause their support team to be so swamped?
I have always been a supporter of GoG, but this experience has caused me to rethink my loyalty. I like being able to get old game, and I love that GoG is DRM free, but if service like this is the trade-off, GoG will lose
