I don't know the specifics (other than click the Support button at top), but have patience and it'll get sorted out. (it's the weekend + big sale going on + coronavirus so people are working at home, so responses will probably be slower than normal)

thanks for the quick reply. i'm just trying to get a response from customer support telling me yes or no about refunding my paypal account. they just tell me to hold on and someone will get back to me.. it seems to me they could have said yes or no in that response. so i'm confused about what is takeing them so long. :)

maybe they at least wanted to acknowledge they got your message before reviewing it. again they're probably really busy
