It's my first time using gog. I applied for a refund because I had a discount event a day after I bought the game.
Unfortunately, he replied to an email asking him to choose a refund method in cash, but the game was not refunded until the event was over. After that, I sent a refund request e-mail several times and everyone said they would get a refund in cash, but the refund has not been processed until now, almost a month after the first e-mail was sent. Recently, even if you apply for a refund, you have not even received an email asking you to choose a method. I'm nervous if my refund is going well. If there's anyone who experienced something similar on "gog", please give me advice.

I'm not sure what you are nervous about more specifically but my experience is that GOG tries to offer all refunds as funds to your GOG wallet (basically a voucher for future purchases on the store). By cash, I assume you mean having the money transfered back to your bank account?

Yes, that’s right.
However, aside from the money flowing into the bank account, the game that has been refunding for a month is coming out as a game owned by the library.

You can try to message one of the GOG staff directly and see if they can look into you ticket or maybe forward the issue.
