You may have to reply to the automated response you get when you first request a ticket in order to "activate" it and confirm that you want a refund. Read this similar question from earlier:-

Did you reply to the email they sent you? you need to for the ticket to be opening otherwise from what I can tell it can take forever to get a refund on GOG because they are understaffed ig
i already have opened 3 tickets and have answered to the tickets and the tickets were on hold and now are open...
and 1 ticket has been opened since 3 days the other one is opened since 2 days and just opened one now...

nvidia stated, 3070 recommended..... and with the 3070 slightly outperforming a 2080super i am not even sure what this would mean for the very outdated 1080Ti tbh

data transport almost feels like it tripled with the next gen console releases so yea, this is ' bout the time everyone lost their heads and instead of delivering optimized products just go for the raw power provided by the new machinery

with that said, i almost can't belief i would have better results with a 2060super then you have with your 1080Ti, even if my card is backed by a 10600k. Would it not be more of a plan to be patient and wait until CDRP have their optimizations right?

so you are saying nvidia stated that to play this game on 1080p low settings you need a 3070??? and a 1080ti is outdated?? aha ok ironic how i am still playing litreally every 2020 game on high to highest settings possible but for some reason i cant play this especific game even on low settings.. i guess i have to get a multiple thousand dollar gaming rig to play this game instead of getting my money back...

germans.......

i hope your ticket will be resolved soon
Did you request a refund to be sent to your GOG wallet funds or back to your card/bank?

From what I hear getting it sent back to your wallet is faster than getting it sent back to your bank. Alsame day to a few days vs 1 to 4 weeks+ i think.

I'm actually trying to get myself a refund as well as I have a 3090/9900k and have gotten crashes, failure to launch, the screen shaking wildly, and a bunch of other stuff. The suggested fixes don't do anything either and I think the latest patch made some things worse. I uninstalled the game and want nothing more to do with it.

I submitted a request to return funds to my gog wallet around 1.5 days ago too and nothing yet.

Reply to that e-mail (via e-mail) saying you want it refunded to Paypal. Make sure you include the ticket / order number in the subject.

If you replied to the automated email telling GOG what you would like to do (refund to your GOG balance where they give you store credit in the amount you paid, or your original payment method linked to your bank), it is pretty much a waiting game then.

I know when I originally preordered cyberpunk i decided to cancel it after the delay announcement and get funds sent to my GOG balance and they were able to do it the same day. I'm curious if they may deny me this time for "system abuse", but the game is legitimately in poor shape. This is the only game this year I've had issues with running and the first poor one out of 150 + games since I started gaming on PC in 2015.

I hope you get your refund soon.

Outdated? Lol, what trash you think I am playing on then?
I have a 1070TI and the game runs smooth 60 FPS on high settings for me. Doubt it's the graphics card.

tbf rtx cards has dlss which can give massive performance boost that older pascal cards do not
