I just bought a game by mistake and I never downloaded it. Can I refund it or does GOG just refund in case of technical difficulties?

If you`re honest and don`t make that mistake too often they might.Although they might offer you a GOG wallet refund instead of cash. Can`t lose anything by trying.

If you've not initiated a DL, then GOG will generally refund, from what I understand. Contact Support.
