Hi.. I bought the Tomb Raider set.. it was installed fine on old HD but now I can't re-download Tomb 1 to new SSD.
I hadnt downloaded 2 and 3.. so no problem there. DOne that!

Dont want to play online only.. can anyone advise?

What do you mean - you can't find it?
What's your download folder /downoad destination? Therein you should find it.

If everything else fails - start the download process again, but stop it as soon as you'll get shown the download destination.
Then go there to look for your first download.

There's also no need to play "online only"...simply download the offline installers (not the Galaxy ones) and you're good to play offline wherever you want.

Don't have to play online with Galaxy, either... There is no online only on GOG except Gwent.

Oh, he has some misleading forum settings.

He is a member since Aug 2019, he has a rep of 0, he signed in with his "real name" and his country is set to Thailand. All the spambots lately had similar settings.

Well, and yet - he owns the games and has played them...not exactly typical spambot behaviour.
