Venom2000: I've checked my library and account purchases, visually and with searching, neither are showing [Overcooked! 2] was redeemed.
The code originally said "Something went wrong" and now it's showing "Code already used!" when trying to redeem.
I've reached out to GOG support yesterday, no response yet.
I also reached out to Amazon support, they said to talk to GOG :/
All other Prime Gaming redemptions have been successful except this one. From this last drop (12/2), [Dredge] and [Star Wars Bounty Hunter] redeemed without any issues.
I reached to GoG and they fix my issue.

I get "Something is wrong" too. Had the same problems last time, and I know they had problems then but they said it was fixed. Annoying stuff really.

it's happening again it seems

and then a question for anyone, last time I opened a support ticket and they eventually replied and indicated if it's not in my account to try again and then let them know if I get the code is already in use, so I tried again and the site still said code already used. When they say let them know, does that mean reply to the email they sent or contact support again to open what I imagine would be a new ticket? I've tried the email, but it's been a day without a reply, so I want to make sure that that is the correct form of letting them know

I just had the same trouble trying to redeem a code. Its showing as Order Not Completed when I look at my settings, so yeah, I think something's off with the GOG site.

Gog support is notoriously slow. You might get a response in a week unfortunately.

The servers are likely getting hammered with everybody rushing to redeem their codes, which means if you're having the problem, you're probably contributing to the problem.

The option of copying the codes from Prime and manually redeeming them later is always open.

Same problem i can't redeem games from Amazon Prime Gaming...

Yeah I just came here looking for a solution - none of the games are claiming and the site just keeps breaking.

Its definitely the servers struggling to handle all the incoming redeem requests. I got the error redeeming Outer Worlds but 30 minutes later received an email that it was successfully added to my library and took a few more minutes to show up.

Better to just wait until the traffic tones down a bit.

Never an issue redeeming a code on steam, and they want to be direct competitors to steam? I like gog but this is silly.

True, I was always able to activate instantly it was released on Twitch, but the last 2 Times always gettin errors

I've tried to redeem 3 codes. All of which were coming back with the error message. Having hit retry 3 or 4 times on each, I've received emails saying they have been added to my Gog Library. I can see them online, but I cannot seem to install them

edit: seems they were just taking their time. 2 of them have now shown up
