Hey all,

today i bought the cd keys for the witcher 3 wild hunt and a dlc for that game.
when i try to redeem the game i get the message Oeps something went wrong please refresh the page and try again.
it wont show information about the game but just fails. is this a problem with the GOG website or is my cdkey wrong?

when i fill in the dlc key it shows the information but wont let me redeem it because i don't have the game yet :(
any help is appreciated!

Where did you buy the keys? If its G2A - those keys are invalid.

Matruchus: Where did you buy the keys? If its G2A - those keys are invalid.
i buy them at CJS cdkeys, never had any problems there with invalid keys

Well you will see what support says but generally gog doesn't like keys from uncertified key resellers.

Just tried that site, NO WAY! :P

Obviously it's not an official GOG seller, because only GOG is, but this one is particularly shady.

I'm actually kind of shocked I didn't see them selling bridges in there.

Yeah, its kind of creepy when the website starts checking your browser without any reason. Just disconected after it started doing that.

On Reddit I found a post by someone claiming to be an official representative and that they had 'sourced' a bunch of keys from G2A. :P

i buy all my games there for a few years now and never had problems before.
this is the first gog key tho, normally its for uplay or steam etc, but this one was a bit cheaper so i thought lets go for gog this time. it will probably all end well i gues, i will seee :)

Your best call is to ask CJS's support (if there is any) to refund your money. I fear that GOG won't be able to help you.
