They should just be there on your account to download.
If they're not, check you've not accidentally made two accounts, that seems to happen more often than you'd think.
If this is definitely the account you bought them on and the games are missing, contact support and I'm sure they'll sort it out for you. Might be handy to dig up your confirmation emails from when you bought them.
