Hello!

Discovered 3Teeth a couple days ago. Great industrial group.

Here's something by them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOtUerSbfSs

Their cover for Pumped Up Kicks is pretty good too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5txYYSo0jWs

The fact that I only just discovered them makes me curious what I'm curious on what else I'm missing out on. Are there any industrial bands you can recommend, aside from the more obvious ones? (NIN, Manson, etc).
Not sure if this would fall into the "too obvious" category, or if the band's old enough and been defunct for long enough for them to have become somewhat obscure (probably depends how old you are), but Static-X's major-label debut, Wisconsin Death Trip, is pretty cool, though more techno-industrial. I didn't care as much about their subsequent stuff -- IIRC, their DJ left and they had some other personnel changes, and what little of their music I heard that came out around the time of their follow-up album sounded a little more like Disturbed or some other mainstream "nu-metal" band. Not terrible, but not what I was hoping for.
Rammstein ;)

Type O Negative
Skinny Puppy

(Ironically I discovered both these bands because of their presence on the Descent II soundtrack)
Godflesh (the original industrial band)

Ministry

Pitchshifter

Die Krupps

KMFDM

Front Line Assembly (not always industrial, but the earlier stuff was).

Fear Factory (again, see the earlier stuff)

Combichrist (see the remixes / videos for the album "What the f*** is wrong with you people?")

Berzerker (rather extreme, tinging on black / death metal in terms of rhythm).

Caffeine Kill

Flesh Eating Foundation (their output varies from more industrial stuff to outright electro punk and experimental).

Digicore

Angelspit (often at the more dancey end of things, but worth a look).

Arkam Asylum (more electro punk again, but likely suitable - as would anything from wasp factory records at the time).

Strapping Young Lad (specifically the album "City").

LARD

sigh then I have been lied too by people, because when I got into them after hearing the haunted instrumental on Descent II's OST friends told me they were industrial, of course 30 years later I learn differently.

what genre then are they?
What's more industrial than actual machinery?
"Shut me down. Machines building machines. How perverse!"
PAIN (Peter Tägtgren), I really like the first album. It's not pure Industrial but uses its elements heavily.

I can't help you; most of the the kind of music you're referring to is considered rock/metal over here (or at most "industrial inspired").

Read:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Industrial_music
Up to: "Mainstream success (1990s and 2000s)" -> The European "industrial scene" took a different route. Check out (for example) the line up of the Maschinenfest festival for the last 20 years.

Lord_Kane:
maybe it was an industrial remix of one of their tracks? (havent played the game).
generally theyre regarded as gothic metal or gothic rock.
