(I'll certainly continuing editing this later...)
Besides Pajama Sam Vol. 1 (and Vol. 2 to a lesser extent) of course...
Serious Sam First and Second Encounter -85% / .89 USD - sweet pure-action old-school fpses
Unreal Gold -70% / $2.99 (unless you already own it from when it was given away) - very atmospheric fps with good soundtrack
SiN Gold -75% / 2.49 - pretty good fps, less action than Serious Sam
Tomb Raider 1-3; Last Revelation + Chronicles; Angel of Darkness (I'm biased in favor of AoD b/c of nostalgia and fixes I applied recently) -75% / 2.49 - fun atmospheric third-person action-adventures
Redneck Rampage -66% / 3.39 - great goofy fps
Medal of Honor: Allied Assault -75% / 2.49 - great (though aged) ww2 fps
Gex -75% / 1.49 - fun but difficult (imo) platformer
Red Faction -75% / 2.49 - decent fps in an interesting setting with deformable terrain
Carmageddon 1 and 2; -50-60% (not fantastic deals but decent) - fun gory racing games where you try to squish people instead of race
SiN: Great multiple paths setup leading to different levels/sublevels sometimes depending on choices(one being the stuff you shoot at the level start of the first level), usable terminals with stuff to type in, fun levels/areas, etc.
Redneck Rampage: Very un-PC and risque take on the deep south/southern culture, with lots of great music/enemies/levels.
Unreal Gold: Great scifi FPS with some beautiful environments.
Red Faction: Another great scifi FPS with some fun to be had blowing chunks in the walls/etc(though to be fair most of it is rock walls...metal/etc isn't usually affected) and various ways to get through levels and reach each level end.
Serious Sam: Great FPSs with silly humor and weird/fun enemies/over the top stuff to see and do(like some choice easter eggs to find).
I will add my own as soon as I go through the thread/reply some more.

I recommend Elminage Gothic; it's basically a Japanese Wizardry spin-off, just without the Wizardry name. It also has a lot of content (I believe I played over 100 hours and didn't beat the final bonus dungeon because the combat was too difficult).
(There's also Mary Skelter: Nightmares and Serment - Contract with a Devil)
