Hi guys, I used Facebook log in to sign up for a GOG.com account for Gwent on Android. However, the email address used is an extremely old Hotmail one which I lost access to a long time ago.

Now I can't log onto the GOG.com account and its really stressing me out. Password reset will not help me with my issue and Microsoft is not allowing me to retrieve the old email account.

The only proof I can provide that links me to the GOG.com account is the purchases I made on the store using Google Pay.

Question - What are the odds of me reclaiming my account? I have already sent an email to support but they are probably overworked and therefore no replies from them so far.

I think you should have a good chance of reclaiming your account if you have purchase details to prove it's yours.

Hardly. Sometimes they come out of the woods to delete some messages and lock threads, then go back into hiding.

A combination of Covid, Christmas and a slightly dodgy Cyberpunk release I expect GoG support to be overwhelmed, but they should get back to you. Hopefully quicker than Steam's 3 week ticket reply that was once Standard.
3 weeks was a standard for steam? Man that's bad. I'm so bummed out right now. What a tragedy!
Just make sure you reply to the automated message you receive. Just copy and paste your original message. A lot of people never reply to the automated message and never make contact (which is probably why they do it).
I see that you didn't create a support ticket yet (at least not using the account that you are using to post here), I encourage you to do so. We will help.

Please also read carefully our automated messages and reply to them if necessary.
