At 75% off yes. Otherwise no since I already own it and im not prepared to pay full price for the same product twice. And to be fair my pocket does not allow that.

I have no problem with that - as long as the games in question are good enough to warrant the cost of the second copy.
Usually (though not every time) I wait for a discount - I don't like to buy games twice for full price.

I tend to avoid buying the same game twice. If I own a physical copy of something I don't rebuy it either unless something weird happens.

Depends. Sometimes. If it's heavily discounted. Or in a bundle that I want to get.

I do it time and again. Some people might look at me like if I'm a crazies, but who cares? It just means one more game I don't have to torrent, one game I don't have to download a client for, one more game on GOG.
