Well, if I had an idea for a dumb and simple game that I'd think people would want to play (and possibly even pay for), I definitely wouldn't post that idea publicly.

Think of the dlc you could have:
Cosmetic dress up your wart with assorted puses
Online multiplayer, infect your friends
Lootboxes, some containing creams

This could be huge, it could go viral...

One idea template:

Game plays like a traditional JRPG (in particular, battles are separate from non-combat gameplay), except that, when you get into a battle, the game turns into X genre.

(For best results, have X be very different from an RPG. The cases I am aware of use SHMUP gameplay and Bejeweled as battle systems.)
