IMHO...

This is a time of explosive growth in video games. There has never before been this many games released yearly -- AAA's, AA's, indies, etc. Overall, it seems to me that there are too many "good" games for one person to ever play and enjoy. With that said, there are with record numbers of releases a lot of games that don't fit an individual's tastes... and certainly there are many "cash grabs" (especially from mobile)... but I rarely see games released that are "trash." They do exist, but from my limited perspective I don't think "trash" games are any larger a percentage of the market than they have ever been.

Your post before this one is pretty good/full of valid points. I just wanted to apologize for those who might see it's you posting and try to ride you for it, and also to say it was pretty good/accurate.

Although, to be fair, you should try to tone down calling everyone(even actual trolls) trolls/etc as it just eggs people on and discourages mature and constructive dialog.

I think that we can say that OP of this thread is a troll, or at least a narcissistic little piece of shit (since he dismissed any opinion he doesn't agree as worthless to him). Your idea of mature and constructive dialogue is admirable, but don't you think it's little misplaced on this forum?

Not really. This forum has many good members doing awesome things like: Answering questions on games/technical issues/other things(sometimes when blues are busy or fail to answer), holding contests for nothing more than to see people enjoy good games, being nice in general(even many of our "trolls" aren't as as bad/hateful as other forums/sites), etc. It's this I try to preserve as much as possible, as to me this makes this a nice place to be....even with the few problems/bad eggs we have.
