I currently have two issues with Game Pages, and I imagine I am not alone, with at least one of the problems.

1. On my Wishlist, I have two games I bought here, still showing, though they alone have a greyed out band. This happened two or three sales back, and has never occurred before (in well over 300 purchases last year).

https://www.gog.com/game/men_of_war_vietnam
https://www.gog.com/game/stronghold

2. In my Game Library, I have many games pointing to the wrong Game Page ... wrong as in the version page. The correct version page exists, but the page linked to is the bare bones version page. In other words, I bought something like a Deluxe or Special version of the game, but the link in my Library goes to the Standard Version, despite the page for the correct version existing. From what I have noticed, this is a fairly recent occurrence I think ... only the last few months. I list some of them below.

https://www.gog.com/game/hard_west
should be pointing to -
https://www.gog.com/game/hard_west_collectors_edition
because that is the version I bought.

https://www.gog.com/game/men_of_war_vietnam
https://www.gog.com/game/men_of_war_vietnam_special_edition

https://www.gog.com/game/men_of_war_assault_squad
https://www.gog.com/game/men_of_war_assault_squad_goty_edition

And several (perhaps many) others.

The first issue, is just a minor annoyance, but the second often requires doing a GOG search to find the right page, and one wonders what will happen if they ever drop that version, and it no longer becomes available to find in a search? While the second issue could partially be solved by having related game links on the Standard Game Page, that doesn't cater for the availability issue I mentioned.

The ideal fix, would be to have links to both Standard & Purchased version in our Libraries.

Are GOG aware of these issues and gonna fix them?

If it is helpful, I can go through all my Library and list all the others?

Aware, most likely.
Gonna fix, unless it becomes a galaxy only feature highly unlikely.
Clearly the first issue does not always happen, but appears to be related to the second issue, because both games I got were part of a more expansive deal and weren't an individual purchase as such.

Stronghold was a freebie.
Men Of War: Vietnam was part of the Special Edition.

As for the second issue, I have of course made sure to download their correct pages, as a backup, just in case. But it can be handy to see comments others later add in Reviews, for solutions to game issues or just extras available that improve a game or make it work better in some way ... from Game Engines to MODS and beyond.

And though I know we get advice in our Library about Updates to games. Once you look at that advice, there is no other indicator beyond that point to show an update is available. And with a lot of games in your library, one is not going to be constantly checking on Changelogs. So some game pages (i.e. Shadow Warrior 2) list updates etc on them ... bonus items and levels, DLC, etc.
I had the first one with Stronghold (I had it too in my wishlish when I got it in the giveaway). I solved it by going to the game page and clicking in the yellow heart button to de-wishlist it.

The second one has been mentioned before, so the ball is on GOG's court.

The heart is not selected for me when I visit the game page, but will click and click to see if that changes anything.

Nope, greyed out and non-clickable.

Pretty sure I have tried all the usual methods to remove it ... but that was a while ago though.

I had the same wishlist issue with Stronghold HD, and I was able to manually remove it from within my wishlist. If your issue is anything like mine was, then it should say "owned" where the price is normally displayed. If you hover over it, a little "X" button should appear to the left of it that you can click on, and doing so should remove the games from your wishlist upon refreshing the page.

Regarding the second issue, I think your only route is to contact GOG Support, and better yet JudasIscariot, inform him of the issues, and I'm quite confident that he'll look into fixing the links. It happens quite a bit with the game forum links pointing to the General discussion board, and he fixes those when notified about them.

Timboli: (in well over 300 purchases last year).
Sorry for being off topic but... You bought 300 games in a year?! Actually, looking at your join date, since May?! Holy consumerism, Batman!

In all my time here I barely got over 220, and even that only with all the games that are sold as a single item unbundled in the library.

When did you manage to play all of that?

I just did the math and realized I'm averaging about 200 a year, or a shade under. :P I'm not proud.

Well, I guess I should be glad you people keep this place going :D If everyone had my spending habits GOG would have long since gone out of business.

honestly, I think the amount doubled when then un-bundled everything. TR 1-3 used to be listed as one game.

Actually it is closer to 400 than 300 now, so I may reach 400 by the time a year is up. I don't expect to get anywhere near that in following years. A large part for me, was a big catch up, as I reckon I own about a third on disc, but I wanted them updated and DRM free, and I didn't pay much for most of them. Average payment would be hovering around $3 to $4 AUD per game I reckon.

I haven't. Barely played any so far, as it was a busy year, but I am intending to remedy that, especially in the second half of this new year.

I expect things will plateau out this year, even if they have as many great specials as they did last year ... but I could be wrong. I have mostly had a cutoff of less than $10 AUD a game, but it depends on the game, and some prices mean I am willing to take a gamble, especially if reviews on average are good enough. The most I spent on a game, was less than $30 I think, and that was The Witcher 3 with all its extras.

I probably picked up around 20 freebies, maybe more, but a good number of those are on the Free Games page. In fact, it was the free version of Shadow Warrior that drew me to GOG.

Hey, I don't believe it, it worked.
They must have fixed something at least, because when I first noticed the issue, there was no removal option. It was just all greyed out and non clickable, like on the game page.
Thanks! :)

Thanks for the info, but I guess I need to make a full list of all the effected games before doing so.

You're welcome, and glad it worked.

Mine was also all greyed out, but the the "X" button showed and worked. That was back around mid November 2017, so if they fixed anything, it must have been before then and after you first noticed it.
