From what you wrote I think you would like WW. The ending of S1 is IMO a bit two-fold. It works as staging ground for S2 but could also work as ending. There is closure to all the meaty questions and story strings.

Like I said -- Netflix brought it back for one more after AMC dropped it, so I would assume that they were able to wrap things up (or that seasons 3 & 4 were each self-contained). I don't really know, though, since I didn't feel the need to keep watching it after season 2, since it wrapped things up pretty well. :)

Anyway, I must say that I had never heard of a "resurrected" series after cancellation, before that comment..

It's happened quite a few times with U.S. series, especially in recent years, with the rise of subscription-based streaming services. Besides The Killing, off the top of my head I can think of The Mindy Project (FOX dropped it, Hulu picked it up), Longmire (A&E --> Netflix), Arrested Development (cancelled by FOX, resurrected by Netflix several years later), Scrubs (I think it went from NBC to ABC), Medium (NBC to CBS, I believe)...and I'm pretty sure there are some other easy examples that evade my recollection at the moment. Edit before posting: Oh, Family Guy (was on FOX, I think wound up on some other channel for a bit after being canned [not sure about this part], then came back to FOX and became a hit), American Dad! (FOX to...TBS? I think?), Futurama (resurrected by Comedy Central years after FOX pulled the plug), and the unfortunately-named Cougar Town (ABC --> TBS) as well.

Supergirl (CBS -> CW), although CBS didn't officially call it a cancellation...

The rest is worth watching they're just different. Stardust Crusaders is sorta Episodic monster of the week stuff. Though there is an overall story.
Diamond is Unbreakable is great.
The second Arc (part 2 of Season 1) is still my favourite overall.

MST3K was cancelled by Comedy Central and renewed by SciFi where it was eventually cancelled for good.

I think that's when my complete mental breakdown started. :P

Any opionions about The Walking Dead series?
I stopped at S1, because I didn't like the characters at all.
Also, zombie survivals become boring after a while, without any new concept.

P.s: Telltale's later game (S1) was way better due to Clem & Lee!

Yeah, no point in following TWD show more than that, either. If you're into comics, I'd recommend it, a lot better than the series (I started with the show, then switched to the comics when I learned the show was based on them).
