Gurlok: Will I lose access for my gog games (importend or not)?
JMich: No.
GOG Connect works by looking at your Steam account, and giving you some of the games you have there. Nothing more, nothing less.
It is possible that if you no longer have a game on your Steam account may cause GOG to remove it from your GOG account, but that would apply only to games gained through GOG connect, not games you bought normally. Access to your Steam account is not needed to access your GOG account.
Oh, I see, thanks for the clarification :) .
Gurlok: I'd like to ask a question about gog connect...What would happen if for any reason I get banned from steam? Will I lose access for my gog games (importend or not)?
GR00T: You mean from their forums or do you mean if you lose your Steam games? If the latter, then GOG could remove the games you added through Connect from your GOG library:
Point 15 in their Connect FAQ:
If a game is removed from your Steam account for any reason, such as through manual deletion or a refund – we reserve the right to remove the games from your GOG.com library No, I meant a total banning from steam; as far I know getting banned from steam make you lose your library, hence all your games purchased there. But if JMich is right, then I should not fear anything on the GOG side :) .
