LaughingCheeze: Just need a clarification on the language here; I was going to pre-order No Man's Sky but that doesn't come out till June 21. Which is way more than 30 days from now....
Maybe a silly question but I assume in this case it would mean 30 days after you download it?
Thanks

tfishell: https://www.gog.com/support/policies/gog_user_agreement "Refunds and returns - We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't turn out how you expected and we want to be fair to GOG users. So here's our deal with you:
a) Preorders Refund: if you preorder and pay for a GOG game, you can cancel the preorder and get a full refund as long as we receive a valid request before the game's full release date on GOG.com. ..."
The 30 day refund has to do with refunding for a game that doesn't work on your machine. (IE, if you can't get the game working, and you contact Support within 30 days and Support is unable to help you, you get your money back.) Games In-Development you can refund within 14 days for any reason.
What I've wondered about is whether or not a pre-ordered game is still covered by the normal refund policy
after the game comes out. I assume, at the very least, the 30-day "get a refund if there's a technical problem" period starts with the game's
release, rather than its purchase (it'd be rather silly, otherwise), but the language in that document doesn't make this clear, unfortunately.
