It's clearly going to be an awful lot of work, but I don't mind that (I wouldn't be typing this on a Sunday night if I did) - it would just be helpful if the suggestions from the community were a little less poisoned by previous disappointment.

As far as what to do with the members that are "troublesome", I have no idea.
I've only been hanging around the forum for less than a year so I'm nowhere near the "veteran" many of the other regulars are but if there's something I can do to help you on your (impossible) mission let me know.

fables22: Well, it was always a part of the job, so I knew what I was getting myself into. I'm only a human so I can't do 24/7, but if I wanted a 9-5 job, I wouldn't be here :)
You are a brave man, and we salute you.
I have to say, at least you're a lot more interactive with the community (at least, so far) and show much more of a willingness to help than...well, quite a bit of the other staff we've had before.
