Beat Chapter 9, then look carefully at the ending. In other words, it actually is in the game; it's just not thrown in your face at all.

Dragon Quest 5: You *have* to enter into a straight marriage in order to continue the game at one point. (There are other games with marriages at some point in the plot, as well.)

(From a feminist perspective, DQ5 is actually rather disappointing after Dragon Quest 4, with its strong female characters (one of whom is literally strong; as in, her Strength stat is the highest of any party members, and she scores critical hits frequently).)

That's a pretty specific request, and I'm sure such a game exists, DRM-free... but it couldn't get on GOG. ifyouknowwhatimean.

Don't see the problem. As I wrote I can accept homosexual characters in games, if they just state their sexual preferences and the rest of the sexual content is optional, but I don't want to be forced into playing something where it's more prominent. I'm not homosexual myself and have no interest in such themes. If other people want to play games exploring such issues, fine, I didn't say such games shouldn't be made.
Regarding transgenderism, I'm actually a bit more extreme since I don't believe in the concept itself. I would play a game with homosexual characters (if they're not just one-dimensional caricatures for promotion of their lifestyle) since I can still kind of understand homosexuality as a part of the human experience, but any game that portrays transgenderism in a positive manner will be totally boycotted by me (that's one of the reasons why I have zero interest in Cyberpunk 2077).
Anyway, that's all I'll say (probably already too much, I semi-expect to be banned for it given how restricted discussion has become in this forum).
