Yep. Think of it like socialized healthcare, you might get something in 6-12 months at this point.

It takes gog 1-2 months to respond to tickets.

mmm i remember when they had a big update that they'd refund for games and try to use tech support to help people during a period, they got a big influx, but even with that i got replies within 3-7 days...

If there's enough of an increase they need to get more staff until they get it under control.

I'm the only one that found strange this kind of post? Like new users (that create the account the same month), with just a couple of games (that could be some free games), asking for refound, like they just arrive and the first thing they do is ask for a refound. I found this really weird and I don't mistake the other times.

If you request a wallet refund, you can expect it to come through anywhere between a few hours to 14 days (based on forum posts, not my personal experience).
Refunds to other payment methods seem to receive the same treatment as other support tickets, so it could be weeks before you get a response. Once the refund is issued, it may take up to 30 days for the funds to make their way back to your payment method. The only answer you get out of staff around here is that support gets to tickets as soon as they're able. The user consensus is that support is severely understaffed.
It's been this awful ever since I signed up 2 years ago. They had an excuse back then, and after that, their excuse became Cyberpunk 2077. Now there's no explanation.
