Just purchased 4 Unreal games and Star Trek Elite Force using Google pay method. It showed an error but all games got added to my account but I got no email saying I purchased it. It didn't show up as a completed order either. I checked my bank app and it showed that 19.95 CAD was taken by GOG. About an hour later all games have been taken out of my library. I've got to say this is a first time a legit storefront has done anything like this. Pretty much took my money but also took away what I paid for. Anyone else have this happen?
While logged into a web browser, open the refresh links in a new tab, one at a time:
https://www.gog.com/account/refresh
https://www.gog.com/user/refresh
Warning: refreshing your account may remove delisted items (things that are no longer sold in the store) from your library. The Unreal games will be removed from the store in about 8 hours from now.

If the problem persists, open a support ticket.

No, that's not true at all. Delisted games STAY in your account forever.
@OP - You haven't got more than one account at GOG have you, and maybe one of them auto logs in?

I think the emphasis is on may. Refreshing your account shouldn't remove them, but it's possible Ice_Mage has heard users complain that it happened to them regardless.

The separate listing for Wolfenstein 3D's expansion Spear of Destiny is a notable exception.

it could also be a banned game issue i.e, if your country says that game isn't allowed and you use a vpn to buy it anyway then yes... reguardless of why a game is removed Gog will return the money so imo there is more going on here

Accodring to that post both the main game and SOD have been combined into one installer.

@ussnorway Elite Force has never been banned in any country.

@smudgey5000 If you were billed but don't have the game, contact support. That's what they are here for.
Also check within few days if the money was returned.

LOL. "No, here at GOG, everything always works perfectly!"

That's exactly what I was thinking of. Report 1, Report 2.
According to this post from November the combined installer includes Spear of Destiny but without Return to Danger and The Ultimate Challenge.
Another post from a few hours ago says refreshing a second time added the delisted items back to the library alongside the newer installer.

So far it hasn't reappeared in my list after refreshing. I'll try again later.
I don't worry much however, haven't played it in 6 years :D

I'm having a similar issue. My order contained "The Case of the Golden Idol" ($16.19) and "NORCO Goodie Pack" (free). I went through the checkout with PayPal but there was an error that said I already owned the games (I didn't). I checked my email and I received a receipt from PayPal for $16.19 but none from GOG. My GOG order history shows no record of the purchase. I tried contacting support but was continually thwarted by the chatbot.

• See directions for creating a support ticket posted by a staff member.
• If you're still having trouble, save the entire chat log and share it with a staff member like ponczo_ or Clownski_
• Alternatively, you can try directly e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com
• If you don't mind tinkering with a browser add-on, you can bring back the old contact form with a user style.

Wait WHAT? That's the first I'm hearing of this, is it a new bug?
My issue was resolved. A gog employee sent me a key for the games and now they are all back in my library. I recommend everyone else who's having similar problems to just contact gog.

Did they say what the issue was in the first place?
