I noticed two days ago and I am grateful for the information. But I'm still waiting for the decent solution to show up on GOG itself: public change logs on the games' pages. :D

I agree. Just so you have a context, though, I will point out that I have suggested the same to GOG on May 12, 2015.

Magog is a great tool for that purpose but this really is something GOG should offer themselves.
