I see a large number of threads on the support forums reporting issues with sorting and now with games disappearing from folks' accounts.
Just wondering why there's been zero response from staff.

We're currently aware of the issue - it's still being investigated though. I cannot estimate when it might get fixed, but please rest assured it's not being ignored!

drmike: I guess I should have been specific and asked why there hasn't been a response in the forums by a staff member.
Give the lady a chance, I can personally say she has helped with GOG issues and have no complaints
