Sony finally found out that they were making the wrong move and decided to keep PS3 and PS Vita stores open!
Unfortunately, PSP store will still go down by July 2, 2021.

EDIT: The 35 PSP games that will be taken off the store by July -

EDIT 2: 23 of the PSP games to be removed are exclusives, what's worse, most of them are only available digitally...

I think that list wrong. Most of those games should be purchasable on the Vita. I don't see why Sony would remove them from sale when the PSP store disappears. There is however a different set of PSP PSN games that are exclusive to the PSP store. Most but not all of those have a UMD release.

My list is PSP store exclusives on PSN. If you want to play them on your PSP digitally you must purchase them before the closure. Most other PSP games should remain purchasable on the PS3 / Vita stores. It seems likely you would then be able to download them to your PSP if so desired.

PSN is a great source of cheap games. Prices have really gone up in recent years for certain titles.

Good news for game preservation, but it's still a band-aid that will be torn off eventually. There's just no changing the fact that digital stores on a closed system have a limited life expectancy.
