Fatemi sapere, grazie.
So if I understand correctly, you're asking if Gog could offer "lite" versions of some modern games (e.g. without their multiplayer components), to sell them here DRM-free?
Well, I don't know, seems a bit pointless to me tbh, question is if there would be much demand for it.

I understand your doubts but I think this could be A way. Not a definitive solution, just a try in attempting to move the waters.

If there are publishers so greed and dumb to have not any comprehension about the futility of eternal exclusives and DRM, I believe alternative ideas and solutions must be found.

Some games like fortnite & such are tied to MP mainly or only so making them scrap their MP wouldn't be possible. Also some here would likely not like losing a part of a game just to get it here.....;yes some dislike having drm filled MP games here but if mp is stripped out others would then complain.

Also why is the first post you made in italian instead of english while this post is in english? Just curious....also some here might not like having to translate it or think it's in the wrong forum section.
@GameRager

As I said at the beginning, I've wanted to be more clear as possible. :)

I'm still very "out of my safety zone" with English, If I have to argue about a matter, without making misunderstandings.

That's all. And again, my apologies if I've annoyed.

Still, I'm really surprised only replies to this coming by a German and an American...

It's rather unlikely that Gog staff will react to your proposal here, usually they only turn up here if there's some trouble among users.
I'm not sure what's the best way to bring your idea to their attention tbh. Maybe create a Wishlist entry or write them an email?

Well, it's not so important: just an idea I've had. But I'm quite curious about Community's thoughts about. :)
It all depends on the publisher. If they don't fear DRM-free, they can afford the transformation to Lite, and they foresee some decent gain, then they could be interested. But it's quite difficult.

It's always a pity if games arrive here incomplete, but for many of them I'm usually more interested in the single-player part.
So it would be great if the DS series arrived on Gog (maybe it's even beneficial if you won't be invaded anymore? lol)

Yeah, I mostly agree with Gamerager that many games without MP would be so stripped as becoming nothing more than a husk, and we would see lots of complaints from their fans. I mean, just look at the complaints about achievements whenever a game is released without them. Those aren't even gameplay elements.

A Fortnite or PUBG exclusively SP would hold almost zero appeal, incurr expenses for suppport (as every game released here does) and bring a ton of complaints.
Besides, most of the work is up to the devs. Gog's can't do much in this matter

( I can't speak for other places — or rather, I believe people from most places wouldn't recognize it at all because I never saw it elsewhere — but at least in Brazil it is a known idiom.)

Same expression exists in German ("Ei des Kolumbus"), I got it immediately.
Also exists in English and many other languages:

No need to apologize. I was just wondering why you didn't use the italian general forums or post the first post in english as well. That is all.

Good luck with whatever it is you are trying to get done, at any rate.

There is no Italian language forum.

Thanks but it's still too much scholastic and I have several problems with consecutio temporum.
And, in conversations, if my interlocutors speak too fast it's a disaster.

So, every time I endager to look like... Well, retarded or dumb.
