tinyE: I always thought this counted as an ad for Coke.

Come on, it's a red can with a white wave on it. :P

vidsgame: It's a big can but I can definitely see it.

If you mean IRL products being advertised in games, I believe I heard something about the Mad Max game having a special car or car skin featuring Rockstar energy drinks, but I'm not sure how that plays out in the game as I have yet to try it (waiting for a sale, countrywide economic crisis is a hell of a drug folks).

As for games in general, I think a lot of them have it. Saints Row advertises their own brands in game, like Ultor or Planet Saints os the Saints' energy drink. Max Payne has ads for in-game painkillers, TV shows and even an adult movie if I'm not mistaken.
Has anyone mentioned the NFS games yet?

Probably the biggest one. Every one of them is basically a bunch of product placements, though who are we kidding, does anyone here ever plan on actually ever purchasing a McLaren or a Lamborghini Diablo? :P
There was a not so great survival horror game named "Run Like Hell" that had a cross promotion with Bawls energy drink. The tagline was "Grab your Bawls, and Run Like Hell!".
Did anyone ever get their hands on one of those Burger King video games? Wasn't it a kart game or something? I forget what system it was for. Ah here we go:

Oh yes, It's the only Duke Nukems I'm interested in. Now it's abandonware as far as I know.
I heard one of the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater (3? for PS2) had TONS of ads and product placements (or banner ads) in the backgrounds. Or so i was told second hand from a friend who had the game.
NES Ninja Turtles 2 had Pizza Hut logos in some spots, though only in the Western versions.

There's also Chex Quest and the Burger King games like Sneak King if you like your product placement even more blatant.

Oh wow, Chex Quest. I forgot all about that game.
Lemmings 3D was shipped with a packet of Jelly Belly, and had a "sponsored" level too!
