RWarehall: My best guess is you lost the code when your client crashed. I had a similar issue once, where I had a promo code, clicked to continue and before I officially redeem it, accidentally closed my browser. Support helped me, but if I would have gone to Orders and Settings, I would have seen a "Pending Order" for my game. I would check there right now, and check. If it is still there, click on it, and you might be able to redeem the game.
There is nothing there , but i might have deleted it , because i had lot of " Witcher 3 Free DLC program" in my basket and deleted them in Orders and settings. One of them could be the game itself ? and i deleted it ? possible ?
Maxvorstadt: Theory:
Someone bought a graphics card, got the code with it and redeemed it. Then he thought: "Oh, I could sell my code and get a few bucks back from the money I paid for the card!". You bought the code and are kicked in the ass now!
And what do we learn from this? Right, never buy a GoG code, always buy directly from GoG!!!
If that's the case GOG can check when and where(on who's account) it was used, and then i can claim a refund on the "grey market"
but you are right i'm not gonna buy GoG codes ever again.
