At this point I seriously feel like punching anyone who buys GOG codes elsewhere and then comes here whining.

Repeatedly.

With a crowbar.

On fire.

tinyE: WAIT A MINUTE! I didn't even notice that! XD

Can I hide my user name? :P

I'd like to see NES track my ass down then!

george940203: So any idea what could have happened when the client crashed? might be a bug on their side? any solution
instead of accusations,jokes ? please help !

pimpmonkey2382.313: No I was being serious, the place your cousin purchased it from most likely used a stolen credit card to get the code, thus GOG revoked it.
Honestly , did you even read my problem ? or just read until you seen "Kinguin" ? once again i have purchased from them 30 key-codes for steam, origin, uplay and all of them working as intended .
Well, let's be fair, his problem isn't that the game disappeared. It's a login issue. Jokes aside, it could be a legit problem.

To the OP - creating this thread and contacting support was the right move.

But you'll notice your key was listed as "free", meaning it came from a graphics card or some other promo. Have zero surprise if it turns out to be stolen and the problem is related to that.

Don't expect to get it back if you buy from 3rd party, is all I'm saying.

george940203: contacted the support right away , got answer yesterday which was
" There is some kind of problem with your account (the email assigned to it is not properly displayed)"
and with this they have closed my ticket....
Have you seen this part in your email that you received from the support ?

This answer concerns ticket number xxxxxxx, which is now closed.
You can reply to this e-mail to reopen the ticket.
Just send a reply to that email and your ticket will be opened again .

By the way : why didn't you activate your key in here instead of the Gog client ? Also never buy any Gog keys from Kinguin or G2A .

Thanks someone really read my "whining" finally :D ,but if it would be stolen , then i wouldn't even pass from the redeem page am i right ? :) also i have contacted Kinguin and talked to them on "live chat"
If i want a refund ( which i would do right now ) then i would just buy the game from a nearest Game shop...

A quote from their message :

"Could we please ask you to contact with the GoG support team and ask the if this key has been used before the date of purchase (being: Jan 8, 2016 10:53:12 PM CET) .

Please send us a screenshot of the response, having in mind that the key in question and the current date should be visible on the image.

We apologize for the additional inconvenience caused.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and further cooperation."

now i just need to wait for someone from GoG who could help me out ...

It would pass redemption, but it could be revoked at ANY time.

Yes i have seen it , answered to them , but if the ticket re-opens does that mean it puts me back where i was ? or its like opening a new ticket ?

Why whats the problem with the GoG client?

If it was revoked, I would try to get a refund from that 3rd party, but then again don't expect to get one from kinguin. :/

I don't care if you had 1000 good purchases with them; they aren't an official GOG re-seller.

I can go buy a car from the shady guy down the street but just because the car doesn't happen to be stolen doesn't make him a legit automotive dealer.

Well they said if the key was used or incorrect i get my refund or a new code ... honestly i trust in kinguin based on my 30 purchases , also my cousin bought it with PayPal.

@OP

You might have two separate issues:

1. Your account/login acting up, which could indicate to a GOG issue, and should be addressed by GOG Support. The GOG Galaxy client crashing may be related this. You should post about the latter in the dedicated thread. I think you'll get some help as to why it crashed.

On a side note, you could always stick with your new account, as you don't seem to have any paid games in this one.

2. Your code may have been revoked by GOG if it wasn't a legit purchase. If this is the case, GOG can't help you with this, and you need to take the matter up with Kinguin.
You may have purchased a number of keys from there without issues, but GOG is adamant in revoking codes that turn out to be the product of fraudulent actions, and it's pretty easy for GOG to do so given that very few GOG games are sold elsewhere, and as I said, Kinguin is not an authorised reseller. The fact that the code was not invalid initially doesn't necessarily mean that it was legit.

What ever the cause of your issues is, I'm not sure what solution you're seeking from the community.

On a different note - in your opening post you said that you purchased the code, a few posts later you say your cousin purchased it for you. Changing stories don't exactly help your case, hence why the community is questioning the legitimacy of the code.

They aren't an official reseller like tinye said though, I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. He'll i'd trust my enemies or even some ex girlfriends more than I would kinguin.
