The full skill preview page becomes available once you have defeated the giant robot in chapter 2. Make sure to collect 20 magic onions before, though, or you won't be able to harvest the AI discombobulator.

that's what I thought but we had a Battletech one of these two days ago. Guy was really apologetic about it though and realized his mistake so it was fine.
