Tarm: A lot of them are younger than me so I guess by that time I wouldn't really react.

wyrenn: Also a lot of them are a lot less talented than the ones that are currently dying off...
That probably depends on which generation you ask. ;)
Kevin Smith on Prince (not literally ;p), quite funny.
I`d heard Prince went all religious, but had no idea..

Can we just give up on this year and move on to the next one?

I'm kind of hoping thing might even themselves out. I heard Vanilla Ice might be having some medical problems so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. :D

I saw the Chyna thing earlier, and then was kicking it in a comic book store when some guy started talking about Prince. I didn't ever connect with anything he did, but he was very relevant in my lifetime. I think I'm starting to get legit wigged out.

I've been around long enough to see an uncomfortable number of people I recognize either age or disappear. Sprinkle in people and things I personally know about and, damn, life is short people. Don't Netflix it all away like this guy. This guy being me, not Prince. Not that anyone would confuse Prince with someone who wasted life. Cheers to him for that; a lot of us do.

The fact that he's outlived David Bowie, Prince and Lemmy just proves beyond doubt that either there's no such thing as karma, or it's seriously fucking lethargic.

It gets worse. The world's oldest dog has died:

Eep!

Normally, I would mention this in charity shop I help/hinder at, as manager & assistant manager are both huge dog fans, but a/manager had hers put down few days ago due to kidney failure. Poor mutt was only eleven.

Had to leave shop with her today, so that she could get the ashes.

If this was 1990 people would be bummed if he died. Another similar and amusing case is Fred Durst.
RIP
This actually is pretty sad news for me.
Devastated. Musical and creative genius extrordinaire. And wonderful, spirited person. Too young to leave this world. Really bloody awful news.
Very odd, 2016 so far. Very odd.

At this rate we're gonna need some more famous people. We are running out, and I'm not a huge fan of the possible contestants waiting in the green room, if ya know what I'm saying.
