I am searching digital version of Prima's guides for old games, especially Soulbringer. Does somebody maybe know where can I find any, please?

Amazon seems to have some in my country, so check your local amazon. Some seem to be available on archive.or as well : https://archive.org/search.php?query=prima%20game%20guide

I don't know why but at amazon it's only possible to get a printed book and the shipping cost are too high. Wish that there was a digital version also.
The archive suggestion was great, but I couldn't find the Soulbringer guide there. I wonder if there are more sites like that.

Project Gutenberg probably won't have it since they mostly do classics. I guess your best option then is to fly the black flag.
