If by "LIFETIME support" you mean a still active supply of updates and patches, no. SWAT 1 was released in 1995, the sequel in 1998; and the company that originally made them doesn't exist anymore. They're simply re-releases of the original versions of those games, but made to run on modern systems.
None of them is in HD, either.

For what it's worth, though, GOG's support will try to help you should any technical problems with those games arise.

In case you think it's too expensive for such old games, you should keep an eye on major sales. I seem to recall that this particular package got a 75% discount just a few weeks ago.
