Of vice and (dead) men.

The Walking Dead: Michonne, a new visceral entry to Telltale's phenomenal interactive drama series, is available now DRM-free on GOG.com. Due to technical issues, the Mac version of the game will be available tomorrow.

Michonne is a troubled woman, broken and reforged by a world where the living are no longer welcome. But above all, she is a survivor. Since the moment she was introduced to the Walking Dead universe, wielding her menacing katana and leading two reanimated corpses by chains, she instantly became a fan favorite. However, nobody knows exactly what she got herself into during the time when she left Rick Grimes' group to deal with her personal demons. Until now.

The Walking Dead: Michonne is a three-episode miniseries that explores this period in time when Michonne went sailing aboard "The Companion". Along with its crew, they soon come across a horrible massacre which then leads them to a floating colony of survivors. Are those responsible for the bloodbath living among these people? What will Michonne do, once faced with revelations that she cannot ignore? Her choices and her deadly sword are now in your hands.

Experience the missing chapter in the brutal story of The Walking Dead: Michonne, DRM-free on GOG.com. To coincide with this release, we are also making available the Mac versions of two previous Walking Dead installments on GOG.com: The Walking Dead: Season 1 and Season 2.
I wondered if we'd get this here. And Mac users should be happy to see versions of both TWD seasons. Good day, good day...
Glad to see this here!
I'm positively surprised that this game is directly connected to the comic book series.
Great ! I liked a lot the season 1 and I hope to play the season 2 soon. Michonne is already wishlisted, but where the game takes place in the Walking Dead mythology ?
I don't remember that period in the comics when they say : "nobody knows exactly what she got herself into during the time when she left Rick Grimes' group to deal with her personal demons".

It says on the gamecard, this covers the period between issues 126 and 139.
Nice to have day-one releases of Telltale games. I unfortunately own most of Telltale games on their website and already got this one cheaper on WinGameStore.
How do I download it?

It is pre-order, you'll need to wait for the release on February 23 ;-)

Oh Ok ! In France, the comics are only available in volumes or "tomes", each one containing several issues.
Damn! Yesterday I bought it on Steam. I didn't think it would come here so soon.

It was the time period after the war with Negan. The comics make a leap into the future at that point and there's a clear change of the status quo (Michonne is missing, Carl starts an apprenticeship, etc.).

Indeed, I remember there is no mention of Michonne during the new era, but I still didn't read the volume 24 of the french edition (issue 139 - issue 144), because I borrow the books from my local library.

Read that one a while ago and it was quite shocking. Waiting for volume 25 now...
