And of course we can forget about the achievements for Galaxy or a discount to compensate for the discriminatory treatment. About € 5 less for not reading the documentation of an API, I'm pretty sure it would take little effort to read and implement them.

MP3 soundtrack... what is this? The future year of 2000?
This is a nice surprise, very unlike croteam to release it here. Still not sure if its a day 1 purchase for me, need to see some more gameplay, but will definitely be buying it this year.

Please bring the rest of the series as well, I'd love to add to add them to my collection
Well, thats a pleasant surprise, reminds me that I haven't finished SS3 , was final level, if I remember correctly. In moment wishlisted. Hopefully others games coming here too.
What a surprise, I'm shocked.

About SS HD versions, and SS3, wasn't there an info that they are connected to steam workshop or sth and that was the reason why there aren't available here.
Yeah, the HD version and Serious Sam 3 has strong connection to Steamwors, so most likely we won't see these games here.

However SS2 was available also as a retail game (without Steam) and maybe, maybe one day it will come to the GOG library.

Anyway, very nice surprise, I have to say, that SS4 is comming to GOG. :D
Thank you! I have never tried any of the Serious Sam games before to this date, thou I used to watch an old friend of mine play the first one (if I'm not mistaken) when I'd go to his place, back in the early '00s (good times eheh). But now I guess I can finally give Serious Sam: The First Encounter a try.

MadalinStroe: MP3 soundtrack... what is this? The future year of 2000?
It mentions lossless in the ad copy for the game. I guess GOG just "forgot" to include it in the edition dropdown.

Maxvorstadt: Hm, SS:FE and SS:SE are already on GOG and now SS 4 comes to GOG. But where are SS 2 and SS:BFE?
Yeah, I want GOG to get Serious Sam 2 and 3!

MP3 and lossless formats. MP3 is a known format so that's why it's mentioned first.

You are both right. I was looking at the difference between the two editions(base and deluxe), and the deluxe only mentions .mp3, but the description claims it includes lossless.

Hopefully we're gonna get Serious Sam 2 and BFE sooner than later.
How the hell? Did someone slip some mind expanding drugs into Croteam's coffee?

Hey if any Croteam people are actually looking in here, this is great and all but you've earned some ire by being so smitten with DRM for so long... so I'll buy this later on, I won't be pre-ordering.

Unless of course you bring over (or at least confirm future releases of) SSFE/SE HD and SS2 before it releases, because then ill buy the lot and pre-order 4.

Surprising, indeed. But how are we supposed to understand the deep and complex story without part 2 and 3 here? Please bring ´em, Gog.
