Just need to have Faith.

Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don't Dry is now available for pre-order DRM-free, with a 15% pre-order discount.

The charmingly incompetent ladies man takes on digital dating. Become the hottest catch on Timber, put your moves on girls way out of your league, and slowly grab the attention of your ultimate crush Faith against her better judgment. There you have it, another satisfied lover.
Well this seemed to come out of nowhere. I'm mildy excited, but a bit disappointed (like all of Larry's lovers) that Jan Rabson isn't connected to the game.

Wouldn't be a bad time for GOG to get Box Office Bust, as mediocre as it was, it's still the only game MIA.

nightcraw1er.488: If this game is anything like the originals the devs would be swinging from the nearest tree in today's society. Hence this game is pointless.
The originals were very tame. It's only the recent ones that have become ridiculously raunchy, namely those Al Lowe wan't involved with.

Really, cos I remember lounge room lizards having Larry walking around with his cock glowing after finally banging a whore. Heck, I can hear coffee cups banging on tables already.

Which you'll practically see in a sitcom on prim etime.

Compare to the fountain in Summa Cum Laude or the coconut milk from Box Office Bust.

Fixed that glaring error for you.

It did admittedly get one huge laugh out of me: When you started the game and the first thing you saw was the logo for the Unreal Engine.

darthspudius: A down n dirty sexist "discriminating" game? I'd buy that!

gamesfreak64: Same here , but not at 25.49, its not an action game, RPG, or RTS so the reply value is very limited , maybe even non existent , HOG are also limited cause it takes a long while before you forgot the locations, and reply the game again.

I paid 25 euro for Lords of Xulima , havent finished it yet, but its action so it has real replay value, C&C , Red Alert 1+2(yurisrevenge), Baldurs Gate, Jagged Alliance, Commandos .... etc etc ... have replay value, point and click have none or very little.

Anyway 50% off at least....

i noticed when i filter on price 25+ it shows 5 pages, 30 games on each page = at least 150 games that have a list price of 25 EU and up, i miss a filter to only show GAMES , no DLC or extras I only want to show GAMES.
I agree, I'll wait until I see if it's any good (and a sale).

I don't remember much about the game to be honest, I stopped playing at a certain point in the western themed area where I couldn't get through one of the action scenes.

Funny thing is that the series were already targeted by feminists back then. Not sure what will happen today; other than a couple of gaming websites that may get annoyed and maybe set their comment sections on fire (because advertising!), probably nothing will happen.

Have you also forgotten that this is how Larry Laffer looked like in Box Office Bust? Though, to be honest, that misshapen lump of polygons in a garish pink jacket somehow still appears more likeable than the redesigned Larry from this latest offering.

Oh my God! He's hideous! Like an ugly clay-mation character. A total insult to the real Larry Laffer.

I still want that game here though, I have a strange nostalgia for it especially after looking at old screenshots.

Great to hear Jan Rabson is going to voice afterall. I made that statement after hearing the voice in the trailer, and checking Jan's IMDB page. Definitely more excited about the new game now.

What is "Las Vegas"? I couldn't find any information on it.

Never heard of that before, and I do want that now. But wouldn't it be better under Softporn Adventure rather than Larry? As The link you gave said its a " Japan-exclusive graphical variant" of it.

Also for Larry much like the others way too much for it. Also I thought this was just another remake of 1?
Granted I am not really an old school "adventure" fan. Nor am I a fan of LSL. However despite those facts the premise of it sounds absolutely horrible. No game dev in their right mind would make a LSL game set in modern times. It would go over in todays world like Duke Nukem forever in a lead cod piece. So all its really going to amount to is having access to internet dating, expanding into different sexualities and tip toeing around modern taboos. Nothing about that sounds entertaining at all.

I am an ardent supporter of Gog so If anything I will buy it eventually. Ill just wait for the definitive edition complete with the sexual assault DLC included comes out.

Seriously, dating today is so insufferable, who in their right mind would want a toothless imitation of it?
