Leroux: Drawing a line - whatever that means - is one thing, lumping together everyone with differing opinions and putting a label on them (and words in their mouth) is another.
When they all behave in a similar way it's appropriate, I don't care for the life story of everyone in the world, lumping together is fine for me.

amok: Yes! The right reasons to buy a game and support it is not to play and enjoy it, but to piss of a random group of people! It makes sense!

There is no longer any reason to make a good game, just make a controversial game. That will show the SJW's and 'liberals'!..... and ALIENS!!!!111!!!!1!!!

(What have you people got against Standford Jazz Workshop anyway....)
You sound angry.

so it will take 'ages' before the 'soon' arival of the game will be a fact ?

i also read some negative comments about the devs of the game.

so, which of you will actually preorder the game? or buy it when it arrives?

i was looking through all games on sales now and i seem to have more gog games then i thought )the ones i dont own is fps and the likes)
so basically i could afford this preorder, but then again if these guys are so 'bad' then why should we preorder?

27 euros is alot of money for an adventure, cause these game dont have lots of replays, once finished it will take some time before you forgot where to find the clues.

maybe when the game is older and will be at 10 euros i buy it .

Action games like jagged alliance and baldurs and fallout and command and conquer, will always be games you play now and then, i still play redalert 2 yuris revenge a lot and that game is old, i finished it many times.

so i guess the 'life' of a adventure is relatively short compared to action/rpg games which you always come back again to play them.

I don't have to preorder / buy it : I am a backer. So I'll get the game, not here it seems :)

I really like adventure games and I enjoy replaying them even if I remember most of the puzzles.

Which just proves my point. In order to be able to lump people's opinions together, you just have to blend out all the differences in them and make them fit your label, and because you already know and dislike what that label stands for (because you defined it for yourself), it becomes easy to discredit everything that self-made group of people says (or supposedly wants to say, which you already know because you created them).
May have to add this to my "clay-mation game" back log... will wait for it to come out though..

fronzelneekburm: It would take these fucks ZERO effort to provide backers with a GOG key. If there are any doubts about that, please let our friend Judas explain. Other Kickstarted projects, such as the ultra low budget "Quest For Infamy" provided backers with keys for GOG, Steam, Desura or any other platform, no questions asked.
But is that really true? I know that more than one developer reported that GOG doesn't actually provide keys in the way steam does for purchased or kickstarted games. So it would seem that the issue is at GOG end.
Maybe GOG is asking something more than the other stores.

It would be really good to have and official response to use and link to developer to assert the opposite.

oh wow. didn't know this could attract such a shitstorm.

i will bet 5.99/- USDs worth GOG games(to giveaway) , IF at least 5 supporters of HATRED preorder this game(and post screenshots as proof) just to piss off those dirty stinking flithy "liberals".

remind me of this bet later, if you will. i will be sitting here wiping the tears from my slanty eyes :^D

Posted here already :)
I have had my eye on this game ever since it was announced. glad to see it will be available on GOG. I see no point in preordering it though but even then its currently too pricey for me anyway. Never played The Neverhood, would like to see it come here too by some miracle but not that optimistic since it belongs to EA now.

What's nice that the discount on GOG lasts until the release - on Steam the pre-order discount ends July 30th.
