Are the "blues" off for the holidays? If someone can get in contact with them, they should probably be notified and be "on guard" just in case.

I freaked out when I saw a russian guy with 35€ wallet logged in instead of me.....
logged off, and will change password once they sorted this out.

thankfully I don't store my paypal info, and I have a grand total 7 cents in my wallet.

Only the community forums are offline last I checked, it pisses me off they haven't shut it all down yet too.

Uhm... I wonder what will come out of this, when Sony had their server breach there was a shitstorm so i hope that this doesn't gets swept under the rug, this is a serious breach..

This is like the best opportunity ever for GOG to capture market share as a DRM-Free store.

Just do an insomnia or regular sale with really good discounts some days/weeks after this steam sale ends.

From what I'm reading, seems it's just caching issues. Avoid visiting the Steam store for now until they can sort it out.

The same goes with Internet. Let's stop use it to avoid stuff like this. Same thing could happen to GOG too. You forget that you have here same details that you have on Steam. Even if you are an DRM-free warrior, you still need to enter your CC details in order for you to get that "free of worry" game. So yea, nothing different.

Anybody can be hacked, amigo. Steam is supposedly one of the top gaming sites as far as security, so theoretically it would be even easier for the same to happen with GOG.
