My current one, all currently installed games on the left, and all software (besides Microsoft's stuff that I have in the start menu) on the right placed on a dock from ObjectDock.

I do not share my private desktop (this is not my game computer - got another one for that) ,
but the wallpaper I use can be seen below. Denmarks biggest ISP made it because I asked them to (no shit) , and it is, how strange it may sound, associated with a TV commercial for broandband connections...
Please notice that this wallpaper is, as far as I know, copyrighted by company www.TDC.dk :
