Yeah, I know. I've got some absolutely gorgeous wallpapers that would look awesome, but the icons ruin it. Too bad I'm too much of a weakling to abandon them, haha :)

Mine is a cluttered, but it works well with the background I think.

Heh, I have so many icons on my desktop it would probably fill two screens. Only a portion of them are actually visible.

I got mine from here. The top one is the best.
As for my actual desktop, it looks just like that. Most used apps are in a hidden tool bar at the top (the task bar also hides), and the rest are accessed with Launchy.
