Luned: Did you actually read the spoiler section of that article?

Let's just say, there's something in the game that won't give the proper experience (happening/feeling, not XP) to you the player if you're not on Steam. Saying that the game is available on GOG, after reading the whole review, becomes something of a brilliant troll in and of itself.

catpower1980: I didn't read the article as I was eating my lunch instead (and I already know the game from let's play).

Actually, what you point out might explain the delay because it would mean an exclusive build for GOG (instead of just copying the same zip file like some devs do).
Oh wow, that's a good point, maybe the delay is because they're modifying it for Galaxy support for that part :D

It's already available DRM free in the Humble Store so I was wondering why it's not here yet despite being listed on the official website...
Oh, they rejected the game and didn't disclose the reason? Why I happen to have a suggestion for such an issue! Also +1 to the game.
It's coming to GoG (on the Upcoming tab).

jefequeso: I watched about 30 minutes of the game on Youtube

Fairfox: The GAME is OVER.

I can't think the game needs to be experienced if watched... like Undertale? Gosh, I don't know, mon.
It needs to be experienced, most definitely :)

Happy for you! :) Watched approx. 5 minutes of it and saw it would spoil too much to continue watching. I'm interested in playing it, though it depends how much it is, and if it's linked to Galaxy.

Remembered that there was a thread about it, figured some people might be interested in knowing it's coming.

The only way it will be linked to Galaxy is to install and uninstall the game via Galaxy if you so choose :)

Thanks for the information. Have a price for me? (j/k) I'll keep an eye out (maybe two).

Apologies for jumping in, the retail price is 4.99 elsewhere, with the soundtrack at 0.99. Figuring it'll be the same here.

Thanks. I seldom go elsewhere, so I would have found out when it would have released here. I just might buy it on release then.

Woot! This is one game I will happily re-buy, because it's such an amazingly fun thing to experience. It will be a day-one purchase for me.... hopefully it's not going to be too far in the future.

I'd be quite happy to pay the typical GOG price of $5.99 for the game + soundtrack.... seems like a sensible idea, anyway. :)

Good call. I'd definitely buy it for that price as well.

Sounds like a good idea to me too.
Well, it appears GoG didn't refuse it for being "too niche" as a few people seem to always want us to believe.

Almost 40,000 users in a month on Steam without resorting to bundles and 96% positive reviews.
I'm glad it is coming here, that many users with such a positive feedback means its well deserving.

But this should also serve as an example about other games that were actually declared "too niche" by GoG.
For the most part, they have poor sales and/or have been bundled very early which makes determining their real sales difficult.
Many times GoG is right. I read that Steam, on average, premieres 55 games a week. Compare that to GoG who premieres, what? Maybe 5 a week. So this should mean GoG gets roughly the top 10% (maybe top 20% subtracting those not interested in DRM-free).
