Yep! Well, you could always refund it here? Check if Epic Games offer the same edition though, so you don't find out it's missing DLCs etc.

I think i am going to just accept it and move on... Better to have a DRM free version than a DRM-ed one. My internet is not the best and i hate having to log in to any launcher just to play my games

What's the odds that Steam or GoG will do another connect thing where you can get your same games on different platforms because you own it already... So getting it even DRM'd could become DRM-free later.

And if you aren't demanding to play it right away, it doesn't hurt to claim it...

I doubt they're going to do it with such high-profile games though. And GOG Connect has been happening not very often and only for about 3-5 games lately. He was mainly talking about not refunding the game though, so he can have an offline version when he needs it.

I totally get that, btw, I've also been at times without the internet and I have some games on Steam where you need the launcher for them to launch, and it sucks if for some reason you restart, and need to login again and can't, so you can't play those games.

it would be awesome, even if most of my steam games are cooperative/multiplayer ones so not much point in DRM-free there. But this never will happen , most publishers dont want drm-free versions.
Best would be if these companies would keep games drm-ed for a limited time only ,like 1-2 years.

Meh. Have both here on GoG. So not interested in :)
If Pillars doesn't include the dlcs don't bother. The dlcs are so much better than the base game it's not even funny. Tyranny is ok-ish, but both games suffer from being overwritten to oblivion and back. The lore puts me to sleep and it's basially dnd with funny names. Like, a kobold is a kobold, wtf is a "xaurip", Josh, please

It does, it's the Definitive edition.
Very good gifts, i have both on my point of view. I'll claim both, i only redeem on epic the games i am interested, not all they gift for free, but these two sure.
Hopefully DRM is not part of Definitive" or "Gold" editions.
I didn't expect to see Paradox giving Tyranny and its DLCs away for free, especially since they never discounted the game heavily here on gog. But that's great anyway, it's a nice game (in my opinion a better game than PoE), so hopefully with more people playing it, it'll get a bit more fame and or praise.

The Infinity Engine games..... without the Infinity Engine. Have the standard version of both but looking forward to the Complete Edition of both games.
